Refunds
Refunds are possible only in a few clear situations:

Inform us within 48 hours if you receive an item different from what you ordered.

The product must remain unused and in original packaging.

If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

You change your mind after ordering.

Delivery is slower than expected (slow deliveries reduce carbon footprint).

The product is used, opened, or tampered with.

You fail to raise a claim within 48 hours.

You provide an incorrect address or refuse delivery.
Process: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method. In most cases, we may first offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Cancellations
Orders normally cannot be cancelled, as each order sets in motion a sustainable chain. However, cancellations may apply in special cases:

If you contact us within 2 hours of placing the order and processing hasn’t begun.

If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect.

Binding Agreement
