1. Delivery Timelines

Orders are usually shipped within 3–7 working days from the date of purchase.
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 5–8 working days
- Other Cities & Towns: 7–12 working days
- Remote Locations: 10–15 working days
Delays may occur due to weather, logistics partner issues, or unforeseen circumstances (force majeure).

2. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain value (if applicable).
For COD or special delivery requests, additional charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track the shipment until it reaches your doorstep.

4. Address Accuracy

Please provide the correct and complete delivery address with an active phone number.
Eartharca is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability of the customer.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details, non-availability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India (or you can expand later if needed).

7. Binding Nature

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is legally enforceable under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
